Python based background service

Web services should return fast responses and be secure. To change configuration settings of a server or providing similar tasks often system calls are used.

These calls do either not return a response to the waiting web application but are fast or return a response but it takes time.

To circumvent these problems and access system services in the most secure manner these requests are delivered to a background service. This is the PyServices Daemon.
